Hello Fisherman Friends,

John Call here again. March has brought our trout tournament here at Marval, but March also brings the rain. Water, Water and more Water Lake Tenkiller is up. The trout tournament was March 7, 8 & 9th and the water 'running'. We put 99 trout in the trout pond and behind the j-hooks. Here are some pictures.

The 1st place trout was hooked out in the river and water was 'running'. Dee Hines caught a 4lb 3 oz rainbow trout to win the tournament. There was over 70 fishermen in the tournament.

The tagged trout was caught the first day of the tournament. This was a tuff tournament. We had snow on Saturday morning. There was about 30 trout caught during the tournament.

Striper fishermen, reminder, the striper tournament will be June 6, 7 and 8th, so come and show off your luck to catch Striper.
