Lodging Guidelines
These guidelines are items which pertain specifically to our guests renting Lodging Units.
Please review our General Campground Guidelines as well.
- Check-In Time is 3 p.m.
Check-Out time is 11 a.m. for all lodging.
If you intend to arrive before 3 p.m., please notify our office and we will make every effort to have your lodging unit available.
However, we can't guarantee its availability until 3 p.m.
Late Check-Out is available for $15 to stay until 1 p.m. or you can pay the
$5/person Day Use Fee and stay until dusk. However, you must still vacate your cabin by 11 a.m.
- Deposit:
One night rate taken when reservation is booked.
HOLIDAYS: Entire amount must be paid when reservation is booked.
- Quiet Time is 10:30 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Cancellation Policy:
LODGING:
We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel FIFTEEN (15) or more days prior to your arrival date.
If you cancel FOURTEEN (14) days or less of your arrival date your deposit (the amount of one night's stay) will be retained.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS:
We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel THIRTY-ONE (31) or more days before your arrival date.
We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations THIRTY (30) days or less of your arrival date.
Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.
NO SHOWS:
Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a 'NO SHOW'.
No refunds are given for 'NO SHOWS' guests.
- DAMAGES: We will charge you for any damages to cabins (inside and outside) and/or its
contents. Your credit card will be charged immediately if damages are found.
- NO SMOKING is allowed inside the lodging unit. Evidence will result in
a $100 fine posted immediately to your credit card.
- Pet Friendly Cabins: Those cabins desiginated as Pet Friendly are shown under the cabin description.
If you need a Pet Friendly cabin please let your reservation specialist know when you book your reservation.
Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore
we do not give refunds due to whims of Mother Nature.
The Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay
and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or
party without refund. Park staff members are not allowed to work on guests' RVs.
